Development Finance is flexible finance that is quite similar to Bridging Finance but the lender will also fund up to 100% of the building costs. It is usually used for: Large extensions, conversions or ground up developments.
VAT Bridging is Bridging Finance specifically designed to fund the extra costs associated with purchasing a commercial property that is registered for VAT. Some lenders do not even require security over the property and manage the whole reclaim process for you.
